The original layout adheres to plans laid out by Ibiza’s Phoenician settlers and its standout architectural features - ancient porch columns, a honeyed stone tower and a porticoed upper gallery – are echoes of the island’s pre-Christian past. Abandoned to the ravages of nature for almost half a century, the house was rescued and restored to its former glory by its current owner in 2021. With nature at its heart, FincaDelica is part of a symbiotic ecosystem that includes fertile, biodynamic glasshouses for the kitchen, restored olive and carob terraces, native Mediterranean planting and a visionary cactus mandala. The sweeping, elevated grounds offer direct access into endless acres of Ibiza’s untamed northern wilderness.

The historic nine-bedroom rural estate has sumptuous, tactile interiors, collectable contemporary art and iconic, mid-century design pieces. Rooms are bright, elegant and supremely comfortable, with luxurious textures, natural and thoughtful relaxation areas. One-off artworks and vintage treasures adorn the rooms, while bathrooms are expansive, unique and chic. Rich and sensual interiors in an earthy palette are the perfect foil to FincaDelica’s traditional limewashed exterior, while mid-century furniture and playful objects d’art add a sexy, retro aesthetic. The 21 acres of rambling grounds are home to a vast saltwater swimming pool, spectacular outdoor living areas, yoga deck, wellness areas and soundproofed party cave. Music and celebration are the heartbeat of the estate, with concert spaces, firelit live music areas and a unique private party cave where sheepskin sofas, alcove lighting and a curved wooden DJ booth add a touch of futuristic appeal.

Located 30 minutes drive from Ibiza airport, FincaDelica offers slow living at heart, and we encourage our guests to use their time with us to retreat, to reset, and to honour the estate’s connection to Mother Nature. Facilities at the property include an oval saltwater pool, with separate children's pool. Sun terrace with ample Talenti loungers, Ofyr BBQ set within an open-plan lounge and dining table for up to eighteen guests.
